I was born in Denver, the Mile High City, here in Colorado in 1983. Growing up in Arvada, a suburb of Denver, I have always been into the great outdoors but it wasn’t until my senior year at High School did my love of Art and Nature merge. Starting out with a simple point-n-shoot digital camera I soon learned the in and outs of digital photography. After a few years I graduated to the level of a DSLR and have continued learning the art. Although my primary focus in photography is Nature, I also strive to capture the details of Architecture and People. After graduating from Arvada West High School in 2002, I continued my education at the University of Colorado at Boulder. During my four years there I took countless classes in the science and design fields. The coursework gave me a greater understanding of the natural and built environments and helped me appreciate them better. I graduated with honors in 2006 with a degree in Environmental Design: Architecture. After excelling in my studies I began working in the Architectural design field. Today I could be found working in downtown Boulder at a small Architecture firm. A multitude of my photographic work has been published in numerous magazines and websites. They include: 5280, Guestbook Colorado, Dwell, Architectural Record, Metropolitan Home, etc. Aside from photography I love doing work in the Graphic Design field by creating logos, graphics, and websites for various clients. I also build and service computers which is something I've been doing since I was thirteen years old.
