After working 4 days (10 hour days) I had decided to go photographing early friday morning. My original plan called for me to head up to Flagstaff Mountain in Boulder. But after leaving my home I noticed that there were thick clouds over the Divide and strong winds. Knowing that there wouldn't be all that much up there I decided to head to Doudy Draw Trailhead. The majority of images were taken there. Be sure to click links on panoramas to see an even larger image :)
The final images were taken at my home in Arvada. The insects photographed are female Giant Ichneumon Wasps. They were rather large and were a surprise to find!
