Arapaho National Forest, Colorado

My Father and I awoke early and headed to our favorite area beneath Loveland Pass. This area has a few ponds just above treeline and we decided to check them out. Flowers are starting to appear but we have a week, if not more, before the sunflowers start coming out. After checking out the ponds we decided to head to the west side of Eisenhower/Johnson tunnel. We found abundant amounts Columbines(Colorado State Flower) and other flowers.
