Seeing that this was the last day of 2009 Greenbuild we decided to for go the closing speakers and explored the City of Phoenix instead. Seeing that we didn’t have a car we rode up and down the entire lightrail system. Overall the trip was fantastic! Great company, good food, great weather….ahhh great!

On a side note my friend and I, Team Talud, Placed 3rd out of 26 teams in the National competition of the 2009 Natural Talent Design Competition. We originally won the USGBC Colorado competition in June after presenting in Denver. Good job bud!

My friend, Frank, and I won the 2009 USGBC Natural Talent Design Competition for the Colorado Chapter back in June. As the winner for Colorado we were awarded with flight/lodging/entry to the 2009 USGBC Greenbuild Conference down in Phoenix, AZ. We arrived early yesterday morning and spent most of wednesday (11/11) doing Conference things. This morning I brought along my camera and started taking some photos while going between educational sessions at the convention center.
