Before work today I decided to wake up extremely early today and catch the sunrise. I didn’t really know where to go…. so… I just went to one of my favorite areas along Plainview Road!

My Father, Brother and I decided to go fishing at the Arvada Reservoir early this morning. We didnt arrive at the reservoir until around 7:15 and as my brother and father were setting up I decided to go walk around for a bit. I took quite a few photos and much to my dismay….didn’t see a rattlesnake. Although I did hear a lot of slithering in the grass next to me…

So its been awhile since I got my lazy self up before the sunrise….so today I had my alarm clock set to 4:30am. After waking up and cleaning up for work I headed down to Eldorado Canyon (just south of Boulder). The skies were extremely clear so the sunrise was rather blah! But no matter how the conditions were, it was a nice pleasant morning to be out!

Before my friend’s wedding today I decided to check out Santa Fe for a bit. The last time I was here was during the winter and I must admit…it looks a lot better in Summer
